Sasawane is approximately 5 km from Alibag town and 10 minutes by road from Mandwa jetty — the ferry landing point for visitors from Mumbai.
Beach Access
Sachu's Resort is a beach-touch property. Guests walk directly from the resort to Sasawane Beach. No road, no crossing, no distance. Sasawane Beach is a public beach; our direct access is a function of the property's location.
Rooms
The resort was freshly renovated in 2026. Two room types:
Sea Facing Deluxe — from ₹3,700/night
Four-poster teak bed, wooden flooring, AC, private balcony with direct Arabian Sea views. Sleeps up to 3 guests.
Pool Facing Deluxe — from ₹3,000/night
King bed, mosaic bathroom with skylight, AC, private patio to the pool and garden. Sleeps up to 3 guests.

Swimming Pool
Private pool for in-house guests only. Not shared with any other property and not open to day visitors.
Food
The resort has an on-site restaurant serving homemade Konkani food — fish curries, prawn dishes, chicken preparations and vegetarian options cooked fresh daily. Meals are charged separately. Popular dishes: Chicken Kheema Pakoda and Chicken Lasooni Fry.

What Sachu's Resort Is Not
We're not a large resort with multiple restaurants, event facilities or a spa. No public dining, no day visits, no large group packages. We are a small, independently run beach property focused on a comfortable, honest, peaceful stay on Sasawane Beach.
